Terms of Use

These terms cover anabios.supply (the “site”) and the Framer templates you get from it. anabios is run by Jamshid Toshpo'latov (“Jamik”, “I”, “me”). By using the site or getting a template, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Templates and delivery

Each template is a website project built in Framer. After checkout you get a remix link by email. Opening it copies the project into your own Framer account, where you can edit and publish it. The link also stays in the customer portal, where you sign in with the email you used at checkout.

You need a Framer account to use a template. Framer’s own plans and terms of service apply to your account and to the sites you publish there. The live preview on each template page shows the template as I built it; how your site turns out depends on your content and your edits.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each template page. Checkout runs on Polar, which acts as the merchant of record: Polar sells the template to you on my behalf, processes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live and sends your receipt. Polar’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout.

Free templates go through the same checkout at $0. You enter your email and no payment is taken. I may change prices or make a free template paid in the future; that never affects an order you already placed.

Newsletter

When you get a template, your email joins my newsletter, as the template page says before checkout. It’s one or two emails a month about new templates, and every email has an unsubscribe link. The Privacy Policy explains how your email is stored.

Refunds

Free templates cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Paid templates are digital and delivered the moment you check out, so refunds are handled case by case. If a paid template doesn’t work as described, you were charged twice, or something else went wrong, email me at hello@anabios.supply with your order number and what happened. If I approve a refund, Polar sends it back to your original payment method, and the license for that order ends.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Licenses

Getting a template gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the design. The License page explains what each license allows. Sharing or reselling a template or its remix link is not allowed.

Using the site

Please don’t try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. The articles, images and design of the site belong to me unless noted otherwise. You’re welcome to link to any page.

The site links to services run by others, such as Framer for template previews and Polar for checkout. Their own terms apply when you use them, and I’m not responsible for how they work.

Disclaimer and liability

Templates and the site are provided “as is”. I fix problems in my templates when I learn about them, but I can’t promise a template is free of errors, fits every purpose or keeps working with every future change Framer makes.

To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and my total liability for any claim about a template is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms when the shop changes, for example when paid templates launch. The date at the top shows the latest version. An order is covered by the terms in place when you placed it.
